Frozen Banana-Berry Smoothie
   2 large bananas, peeled, frozen, sliced
   2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
   2 cups low-fat yogurt or milk
                           
Blend until desired consistency.
Strawberry Smoothie
   5 large strawberries
   6 oz. strawberry yogurt, frozen               
   4 oz. lemonade                                
   2 tsp. honey                              
                                      
Blend until desired consistency.
Fruit Rhumba                           
   1 cup vanilla yogurt
   1 cup milk (or more to taste)
   1/2 cup skim milk powder
   1 cup fruit (peaches, strawberries, or blueberries)
                           
Blend until desired consistency.

Papaya Raspberry Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of fresh papaya
10-12 raspberries
1/2 cup of water or fruit juice
 
Blend until desired consistency
 
Orange Passion        

   1 cup vanilla yogurt
   1 cup milk (or more to taste)
   1/2 cup skim milk powder
   1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
                                     
Blend until desired consistency.
Pineapple-Orange-Banana Smoothie                   

   1 banana                                      
   2 cups peach yogurt, frozen                    
   2 cups Pineapple-Orange-Banana juice           
   2 tsp. honey                                 

Blend until desired consistency.  If too thick, add orange juice.
Pie-Eye
 
   1 cup vanilla yogurt
   1 cup milk (or more to taste)
   1/2 cup skim milk powder
   1 cup sweetened apple sauce
   dash of cinnamon
 
Blend until desired consistency.
 
Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie
 
3/4 bag of whole frozen strawberries
4 cups of pineapple juice
1 cup of orange juice
1 1/2 cups of vanilla yogurt, frozen
 
Blend until desired consistency.
 
Blueberry Smoothie
                                                 
   6 oz. blueberry yogurt, frozen                
   1 cup of fresh blueberries                    
   1 cup of milk                                

Blend until desired consistency.
 
Apricot Mango Smoothie
 
6 oz. of apricot-mango yogurt
1 cup of lemonade
1/2 banana
5-6 canned apricot halves
 
Blend until desired consistency.

Tangy Summer Blend Smoothie                   
                   
   1 nectarine                                   
   6 oz. peach yogurt, frozen                    
   1/2 cup of Dole Pine-Orange-Guava juice       
   1/2 cup of lemonade                           
   2 tsp. sugar                                  
                                                
Blend until desired consistency is reached.
Melon Madness Smoothie
 
1 cup peach yogurt, frozen
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 honeydew melon
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup of strawberries or watermelon

Blend yogurt, milk and strawberries in blender, blend 30 seconds.  Add  cantaloupes, melons, and blend on high speed 1 minute, or until desired.
Apple Coconut Smoothie                       
1/4 cup of apple juice
1 pinch of grated coconut or tablespoon of coconut milk
1/2 banana                                    
1/4 tsp. of fresh peeled ginger root          
2 ice cubes                                   
                                                
Blend until desired consistency is reached.
 
Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie
 
3 peeled kiwi
1 cup of frozen banana slices
3/4 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

Blend until desired consistency is reached.

Berry Slush

  • 1/2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup sliced stawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Ice cubes

    Blend yogurt and milk and pour into chilled glass.  Puree the strawberries with honey and ice cubes; pour over yogurt mixture

Orange Smoothie

  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 5 stawberries
  • 2 apricots
  • 2 scoops of ice cream
  • 200 ml milk

Blend together and serve.

Banana Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • ice cubes

Blend together and serve.

Pineapple Smoothie

  • 3 slices fresh pineapple
  • 6 apricots
  • 300 ml yogurt
  • honey to taste
  • ice cubes

Blend together and serve.

Apple and Kiwi cooler

  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 100 ml milk
  • ice cubes

Blend together and serve.

Vanilla milk shake

  • 1 banana
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • honey to taste
  • ice cubes

Blend together and serve.

Melon shake

  • 1 cup cut up Honeydew melon
  • 1/2 cup lemon sorbet
  • ice cubes

Blend together and pour into chilled glass.

Apple Punch

  • 480 mL apple sauce, chilled
  • 1 cup  vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ice cubes

Blend together and serve in chilled glass

Mango shake

  • 1 cup Mango pulp
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk chilled
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tsp honey

 Blend the above ingredients. Serve in chilled glasses.
